Ronald Procopio Jr 2020

🏍The 2020 race season is getting closer to going green, and motorcycle drag racing is full of top-shelf talent that we are eager to watch go after win lights. One of the toughest racers the competition must face off against is Ronald Procopio JR We know Ronald and Robin are anxious to get back at it and send people home early.

🏍We reached out to Ronald to see what The Legion of Doom has planned for the battlefield this season.

🏆 “Big plans for 2020!! As well as Robin Procopio did last year by winning the Top Sportsman Championship, she still struggled to find consistency with her bike. I have struggled with that and with my 4.60 bike as well, so with the help of Dan Wagner from DTM and Steve Nichols with Maxxecu_usa, we have made a leap of faith by switching our operating systems to the Maxx ECU.

Robin is running it on carburetors, and I will be running it with fuel injection. We’ve already tested these configurations and are extremely pleased with the performance, the consistency, and the smoothness of the two-step configuration. I can’t say enough about the Maxx ECU, and although it is all new to me, from what I have been taught thus far, it is by far, in my opinion, the best ECU out there!

Special thanks to Dave Conforti from Worldwide Bearings for his continued support in our program too! We are excited for the XDA Series this year and hope to be able to make it to a few other race series’ as well.” – Ronald Procopio JR
