Partnerships details are also not shared between JT-Partnerships unless both parties have been notified and agree to the disclosure.

We limit the collection and use of non‐public personal information to the minimum we believe is necessary to deliver superior service to our clients. Services can include advising you about our public profiles, websites, services and other opportunities, that help us maintaining your account with us, providing you with end of the tax documents so that you can properly file your returns, processing distribution and contribution transactions and administering our business.

We obtain most non‐public personal information directly from you or via authorized personal (that you have per-authorized) whether in person, by telephone or electronic. We may obtain the following information:

•First name, last name and job title •home address, email address, business address, telephone numbers Contact information including home telephone numbers and business •Employee Identification Numbers •Accounts with us and transactions and interactions by us, with us or through us DISCLOSURE. •Contact information for the authorized person(s) you permit content to be released to. Event and personal schedule so that we may support your public and online presence.

We do not disclose any kind of non‐public personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except when we believe it necessary for the conduct of our business, or where disclosure is required by law. (partnerships are always notified immediately when information has to be shared) Except in those specific, limited situations, without your consent, we will not make any disclosures of non‐public personal information to other companies who may want to sell their products or services to you.

*JTNorton.com does not portfolio work from clients because of the private nature of how I work. We do post affiliation contact information and other content but this has been pre-approved by each partnership as it applies.

  • Silent Partnerships: At no point will affiliation or partnership information, content, or other details be made available to the public or to other JT-Partnerships in any form. Silent Partnership public information/content disclosures must be approved via the partnership signor by telephone or in-person with Jack “JT” Norton.

“What is said between us stay between us”

Anyone requesting information from JTNorton.com about any existing or former JT-partnership that is not authorized by the client will be denied. Still, I will reach out to the partnership in question to verify the request is valid, and that I have your permission to release the requested content or information to the party inquiring.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

In ensuring that your information is secure we partner with JTNorton does not store personal information on a platform that is connected to the internet or available remotely. Former client content and content of a personal nature (as it applies) is also moved to this system after partnership or assignment ends. Private content will be kept for 3 years unless partnership agreements state other wise. At the three year date of partnership termination the content will be permanently deleted
