Picked up disc golf again first offical game was in Maryland Bull Run after many years of not playing seriously.  (June 2k22)

Running
My one 20k month is now 23k and is now increased to two a month. The second will be slow paced for distance so it will be 23k plus. Any JT- Workout session is a minimum of 12k – twice a week.
