Running
My one 20k month is now 23k and is now increased to two a month. The second will be slow paced for distance so it will be 23k plus. Any JT- Workout session is a minimum of 12k – twice a week.

- Consistent sub 30-minute 7km – I have completed one at 29:58 but need two more for the goal to be considered complete.
