Running is my primary focus for now but cycling is also an active part of my routine.
My one 20k month is now 23k and is now done twice a month. The second will be slow-paced for distance so it will be 23k plus. Any JT- Workout session is a minimum of 12k – twice a week.
- I walk every day for short sessions after a run or ride and for 1 hr on non-session days.

- Consistent sub-20-minute 5km (hovering around 22 minutes)
- Consistent sub-30-minute 7km – I have completed one at 29:58 6/22 but need two more for the goal to be considered complete.

- The best 6-minute-mile is 6:13 assisted/hill
- The best 6-minute mile is 6:25 unassisted
- Consecutive miles at six minutes has reached four miles, have done it 5 times in 2022.
- Six-minute miles is not something I can sustain for long periods of time, usually done during my weekly sessions.
- 1st six-minute mile was in October 2021
